1 hr 5 min total4 servingsPrep: 5 min

This recipe is perfect for someone who doesn't want to stress about lots of pans to clean or too many steps to follow. This is literally a toss it all in one pan bake and ta-dah it's basically ready recipie. For those of you who don't love tomatoes or aren't serving a family of 4- I've got alternative suggestions in the tips below!

  • 3 peeled smashed garlic cloves
  • 3 Tb Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 Box pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400F

  2. 2

Clean the cherry tomatoes and pour them into an oven-safe pan

  3. 3

Place a block of feta into the center of the cherry tomatoes in your pan

  4. 4

    Drizzle with olive oil

  5. 5

Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, & Italian Seasoning. Toss in your smashed garlic cloves (or a sprinkle of garlic powder).

  6. 6

Put the tomato and cheese tray into your oven and bake until the tomatoes are crispy and mushy and the cheese begins to melt and brown. (~40-45 mins)

  7. 7

Boil water and cook pasta per instructions on the box.

  8. 8

Add strained cooked pasta into the cheese and tomato pan and stir to coat the pasta with the melted cheesy tomato sauce.

Tips & Notes

  • •For the solo home chefs: Place 1/4 block of Feta in an oven-safe ramekin surrounded by tomatoes and the ingredients above. Cook one handful of pasta or use reheated leftover noodles from a recipe earlier that week.
  • •For the no-tomato eaters (myself included): Make the same recipe with no tomatoes. Increase the olive oil as needed after mixing the pasta in, and add either some pasta water or milk of choice to create a smooth, tasty sauce. You could also add some olives into this bake for a fun added flavor!
