Blueberry Brioche Danish
They’re golden and fluffy and the brioche dough was tasty, but I definitely need a thinner pastry and ideally need to not burn the bottoms.🫣😆
The Hypothesis
My thoughts: -No silicone sheet cover— I’ll opt for parchment next time -Smaller & flatter dough balls in the next round -I completely forgot the crumble topping so that needs to be integrated on the next round too
